Centreville Public Schools

VS. WHITE PIGEON — L, 18-25, 22-25, 12-25 The Bulldogs faced White Pigeon in an SW10 conference match tonight. All respect goes out to the Chiefs — they played a great match and took control of it. Centreville started strong with a 7-1 run, but little by little the Bulldogs lost traction in the first set, fell behind, and couldn't finish on top. Set 2 was back and forth, but a couple of longer runs to close it out put Centreville down 2-0. White Pigeon kept riding that momentum in the third and finished things off quickly. The Chiefs were playing for a purpose tonight and you could see it. Centreville was inefficient on first touches, and that's where the work starts — clean those up and get back after it for a busy rest of the week.
