Centreville traveled to Prairies Golf Club in Kalamazoo on Friday for the George Dales Invite and came home with the boys team in second place. The boys scored 44 points, five behind champion Otsego's 36 and ahead of Kalamazoo Loy Norrix at 53. Will Hulin led the way in 1st (15:59.79), followed by Max Reed in 2nd (16:35.77) and Nick Overweg in 4th (16:48.42) — both personal bests. Will Swanwick was 14th, Landon Weis 28th in a personal-best 19:06.58, Tanner Bingaman 29th, and Drew Swanwick 41st. The girls placed 4th with 114 points behind Otsego (27), Kalamazoo Loy Norrix (60), and Olivet (61). Addison Johnson led Centreville in 15th (22:01.04), with Emily Falkenstein 23rd, Norah Lammon 33rd in a personal-best 24:36.42, Avaline Blum 36th, Cayda Chester 41st, Ella Wolff 42nd, and Olivia Spanski 51st. Personal bests: Max Reed, Nick Overweg, Landon Weis, and Norah Lammon. Season bests: Avaline Blum and Clayton Broker. Centreville is back on the course Saturday at Vicksburg.
